1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference website with no government connection. We do not maintain official records, obtain records for visitors, perform formal background checks, or submit documents on anyone's behalf.

The content directs readers to custodians of Blaine County records, including the sheriff, County Court, District Court, the Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Access to public-agency records is governed by the Nebraska Public Records Statutes, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§84-712 through 84-712.09. Public dissemination of specified criminal-history information is limited by Neb. Rev. Stat. §29-3523. The site may also connect readers to outside research tools.
